✅ Change of Mind

We accept change of mind returns, but the following conditions apply:

  • You must contact us within 1 day of receiving your item.

  • The item must be in brand new condition, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

⚠️ Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue for assessment.

  • Once the issue is verified, we will:

    • Arrange for the item to be returned to us.

    • Cover the return shipping costs.

    • Send you a replacement item at no additional charge.

  • If your product develops a fault during the warranty period, contact us for assistance.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-built PCs or configured systems

  • Opened software or digital licenses

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or modification
