We aim to process and deliver your orders as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.
🚚 Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

For custom-built PCs or configured systems, build and testing time may take 1–3 business days before dispatch.

During peak periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.
📦 Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders via trusted courier partners such as Team Global Express, Australia Post, DHL, or Uber Courier (local delivery), depending on the order type and location.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the courier and are indicative only. We do not guarantee exact delivery times.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor delivery progress.
🏠 Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
🔐 Delivery Responsibility & Safe Delivery

Delivery is considered complete once the courier marks the order as “Delivered” to the address provided.

If a courier leaves the parcel unattended at your address (e.g. at the front door), this is determined by the courier’s delivery practices.

We recommend selecting a delivery address where someone is available to receive the parcel or requesting signature on delivery for high-value orders where available.
Please note that once an order is marked as delivered by the courier, the risk of loss or theft transfers to the customer, unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.
❗ Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is delayed, lost in transit, or shows delivery issues, please contact us and we will assist in lodging an investigation with the courier.

For parcels marked as “Delivered” but reported missing, we will provide all relevant shipping documentation to assist you in following up with the courier or local authorities.

We are not responsible for parcels that are stolen after being marked as delivered.
This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
💰 Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout or confirmed with you prior to dispatch.

Additional fees may apply for urgent, same-day, or after-hours courier services (e.g. Uber delivery), which will be communicated in advance.
